General Eligibility and Qualification Standards

Applicants must meet the following general educational and age criteria to be considered:

• Educational Background: For management/director levels, a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (HEC recognized) is required. For superintendent and executive technical roles, a DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or a related field is required.

• Age Limits: The maximum age for these positions ranges from 30 to 40 years, depending on the specific role.

• Attestation: All degrees must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), and diplomas must be recognized and attested by the relevant boards.

• Experience: Requirements vary by position, ranging from 1 year of post-qualification experience for executive roles to a minimum of 8 years for senior technical superintendent roles.

Terms and Conditions

• Employment Type: Selected candidates will be hired on a contract basis for one year, including a 6-month probation period. The contract may be extendable based on performance and requirement.
