The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced exciting new project-based employment opportunities for qualified individuals residing in specific divisions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). NADRA is looking for energetic and dedicated personnel to fill various vacant positions across multiple districts, including North Waziristan, Tank, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan, South Waziristan (Lower), and South Waziristan (Upper).

1. Site Incharge

• Maximum Age: 40 Years

• Minimum Qualification: 16 years HEC verified education in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent in a related field with a minimum 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA. (Degrees must be attested by HEC).

• Professional Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.

2. Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator – Male)

• Maximum Age: 30 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate or Equivalent.

• Professional Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.

• Locations: Same districts/locations as listed above across KPK.

3. Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator – Female)

• Maximum Age: 30 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate or Equivalent.

• Professional Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.

• Locations: Same districts/locations as listed above across KPK.

4. Office Boy

• Maximum Age: 40 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Middle.

• Professional Experience: No Experience Required.

• Locations: Same districts/locations as listed above across KPK.

5. Lady Searcher

• Maximum Age: 40 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Middle.

• Professional Experience: No Experience Required.

6. Security Guard

• Maximum Age: Ex-Servicemen: 48 Years | Civilians: 35 Years

• Minimum Qualification: Middle.

• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Terms & Conditions

• Contractual Employment: Selected candidates will be hired initially on a project contract basis (extendable if required).

• Domicile Eligibility: Candidates must be residents of the respective District as per their CNIC/Domicile to be eligible for the test and interview.

• Age Limit: The 5 years' general age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit mentioned for each post.

• Document Verification: Candidates must bring original educational, personal, and professional documents at the time of the test/interview. Attested degrees/certificates (HEC/relevant boards) are mandatory.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates qualifying the initial test will be called for interviews (applicable for Site Incharge and Junior Executive positions).

• Government Employees: Candidates currently serving in Government/Semi-Government organizations must present a No Objection Certificate (NOC) during the test/interview.

• Medical & Character Fitness: Selected candidates will need to provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

• Strict Rules: Electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) are strictly prohibited during tests/interviews. No TA/DA will be paid.

• Inclusivity: Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled individuals are highly encouraged to apply.

• Job Location: Selected candidates must serve at the assigned Project Site; requests for transfer to other districts will not be entertained.
