Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria: Only candidates who are residents of Tehsil Malakwal as per their CNIC/Domicile will be eligible for the test and interview.

2. Probation Period: Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period, which is extendable based on performance.

3. Management Rights: NADRA management reserves the right to withhold or cancel the recruitment process, or to accept/reject any application at any stage without providing a reason.

4. Document Verification: Candidates must bring original personal, educational, and professional documents at the time of the test. Late submissions will not be considered.

5. Age Relaxation: A general age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the maximum age limits provided in the official advertisement. No further age relaxation will be granted.

6. Selection Process: Only candidates who qualify for the initial test will be shortlisted and called for an interview.

7. Government Employees: Applicants currently working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must present a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test.

8. Attestation: Attested degrees and certificates from HEC or the respective Educational Boards must be submitted during the interview.

9. Disqualification: Providing false, misleading, or incorrect information at any stage will result in immediate candidate disqualification.

10. Certificates: Selected candidates must submit valid Medical Fitness and Character Certificates prior to joining.

11. Posting: Appointments are location-specific (NRC Head Faqeerian); requests for transfer will not be entertained.

12. Prohibited Items: Electronic devices (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) are strictly prohibited inside the test/interview premises.

13. TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid for attending the test or interview.

14. Inclusivity: Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.

15. Employment Nature: Selection does not confer any right or entitlement to permanent appointment or regularization.
