National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, has announced latest career opportunities for Pakistani nationals under the NADRA Employees Service Regulations 2002 (Clause No. 9, 10, and 11). Applications are invited from qualified and eligible candidates for various district-based positions across different locations.

List of Vacancies and Detailed Eligibility Criteria

• Deputy Superintendent: Requires Graduation (14 Years Education) with degrees attested by HEC, a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, and a maximum age limit of 40 years. Posted across specific districts including North Waziristan, Tank, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan, South Waziristan (Lower), and South Waziristan (Upper).

• Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator - Male): Requires Intermediate or equivalent qualification, preferably 1 year of relevant experience, and a maximum age limit of 25 years. Posted across multiple designated districts and project locations.

• Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator - Female): Requires Intermediate or equivalent qualification, preferably 1 year of relevant experience, and a maximum age limit of 25 years. Posted across multiple designated districts and project locations.

Terms & Conditions

• Residents of the respective districts only are eligible to apply, and domicile and CNIC matching the target district are mandatory.

• Selected candidates will be initially on a 6-month probation period, which may be extended based on performance.

• The management reserves the right to reject any application or cancel/modify the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

• Age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the upper age limits mentioned in the advertisement, and no further age relaxation will be granted.

• Only short-listed candidates will be called for tests and interviews.

• Government or semi-government employees must apply through proper channels and bring departmental NOC at the time of the interview.

• Educational degrees and certificates must be verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or relevant boards before interview presentation.

• Providing false information at any stage will lead to immediate disqualification.

• Selected candidates will undergo medical fitness examinations and security clearance verification.

• Electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., are strictly prohibited inside test and interview venues.

• Female, minority, transgender, and disabled candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Appointments will be purely on a temporary contract basis and will neither confer any right to regular employment nor be regularized in the future.
