Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria

NADRA is recruiting specialized professionals for two primary technical leadership roles. The educational backgrounds, age limits, and professional experience required for these positions are outlined below:

1. Deputy Director (Database Security)

• Maximum Age: 44 Years

• Educational Background:

  • A 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Security, or an equivalent qualification in a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

2. Assistant Director (Database Security)

• Maximum Age: 37 Years

• Educational Background:

  • A 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Security, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.

Key Terms and Conditions

• Probationary Period: Selected candidates will initially undergo a 6-month probationary period, which may be extended based on performance evaluation.

• Government Employees: Candidates currently working in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

• Age Relaxation: A general age relaxation of 5 years is already incorporated into the maximum age limits advertised.

• Test & Interview Protocol: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests and interviews. No TA/DA will be provided for the selection process. Electronic devices, smartwatches, and mobile phones are strictly prohibited during tests and interviews.

• Verification: Educational degrees and credentials will be verified by HEC and respective regulatory bodies during the interview stage.
