The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), functioning under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, has announced exciting project-based job opportunities for residents of Karachi.

NADRA is organizing walk-in interviews for dynamic and energetic individuals to join its team for a temporary, project-specific assignment. Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Restriction: Only residents of Karachi Division, as verified per their CNIC/Domicile, shall be allowed to appear for the walk-in interview.

• Contract Duration: Selected candidates will be hired purely on a contract basis for a temporary period of three (03) months only. This project-specific role does not confer any right or entitlement for regular/contractual appointment or regularization in NADRA.

• Inclusivity: Students, females, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled individuals are highly encouraged to apply.

• Job Responsibilities: Selected candidates will be assigned the task of archiving old NADRA records and will be required to scan a minimum of 400 pages per day.

• Work Shifts: The project will be executed in three rotating shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night), six days a week. Candidates must be willing to work in any assigned shift based on requirements.

• Salary & Incentives: A base salary of Rs. 40,000 per month shall be paid, excluding the incentive amount per scanned form, which will be determined by the Authority.

• Age Relaxation: A five (05) years age relaxation has already been included in the maximum prescribed age limit of 25 years. No further requests for age relaxation will be entertained.

• Government Sector Candidates: Current employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

• Disqualification: Providing false, forged, or misleading information at any stage will result in immediate disqualification.

• Job Location & Posting: Selected candidates are required to serve at the specified Karachi South location. No requests for posting transfers will be entertained, though management reserves the right to post candidates elsewhere based on project needs.

• Data Security & Privacy: Selected candidates must strictly comply with NADRA's Data and Information Security Policies, maintaining complete confidentiality of all official records and data handled during the assignment.

• Prohibited Items: Electronic gadgets, including mobile phones and smartwatches, will not be allowed inside the interview venue.

• Allowances: No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing in the walk-in interview.
