Position: Business Executive

• Total Positions: 64

• Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old

• Educational Background: Intermediate, preferably a Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies.

• Experience actively monitoring franchisee business performance and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Proven track record in maintaining up-to-date records of franchisees within the designated jurisdiction (performance metrics and compliance status).

• Competency to identify and assess potential areas for business growth and franchise network expansion.

• Experience conducting ground verifications of potential franchisees, providing product training, and ensuring smooth deployment.

• Ability to conduct franchise visits to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.

• Strong skills in establishing and maintaining close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.

• Experience preparing and presenting reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance to management.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.

Before applying, please carefully read the following recruitment terms and guidelines set by NTL:

1. Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required) and will serve a 6-month probation period.

2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

4. Candidates shall be disqualified if false information is provided.

5. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

6. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.

7. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

8. Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview.

9. Females, minorities, transgender individuals, and differently-abled candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

10. Preference will be given to applicants who own their own conveyance (Motorbike).

11. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, and smartwatches will not be allowed during the test/interview.
