• Maximum Age Limit: 37 Years

• Duty Location: Islamabad

• Educational Background:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

• Professional Experience:

  • Proven track record in field sales, business development, or franchise/dealer network management—preferably in fintech, telecom, banking, or reseller networks.

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a target-driven field role.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and expand franchise/dealer presence in a given territory.

Terms & Conditions

• The successful candidate will initially be offered a contractual appointment for 3 years, extendable as per operational requirements.

• The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period.

• Management reserves the right to reject any application without stating a reason.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview.

• If any information provided by the applicant is found to be false, the candidate will be disqualified.

• A 5-year general age relaxation is already included in the stated maximum age limit.

• Selected candidates must provide a Medical Fitness Certificate and Character Certificate.

• Employees serving in government or semi-government organizations must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
