Eligibility Criteria

Education/Qualification: 

Minimum Graduate or equivalent from a local or International university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.

Candidates having Master's Degree and/or HR certifications would be preferred.

Age: Maximum 35 years (as on the last date of submission of application).

Experience: Fresh graduates should apply, and candidates having 01 year of relevant experience would be preferred.

 

 Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Assist and support in HR functions such as talent acquisition & management, learning & development, performance management, & rewards, compensation & benefits, HR relationship management, organizational effectiveness, HR governance, and HR legal compliance.

  • Support and coordinate with business functions to strengthen HR relationship.

  • Assist in the implementation of all HR initiatives/projects.

  • Monitor and update internal HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy.

  • Assist in responding to all internal and external HR related queries or requests.

  • Produce/prepare various HR related reports as and when required.

  • Keep abreast with modern HR practices and market trends.

  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

  • Good communication/interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of HR functions.

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
