Position Details

Position: Teller (OG-II)
Department: Aitemaad Islamic Banking
Reporting to: Branch Operations Manager
Location: Kotli, Mianwali, Faisalabad, Lahore, Karachi, and Hub Balochistan
Employment Type: Contractual (3 years, extendable based on performance)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international HEC-recognized university/college.

• Preference: Candidates with a Master’s degree or Islamic Banking certification/degree/diploma will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience.

• Skills Required:

  • Good understanding of branch banking operations and SBP Prudential Regulations

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills

  • Excellent cash-handling and teamwork abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and process cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals.

• Handle remittances, bill collections, and agency-based payments.

• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal banking procedures.

• Maintain customer service standards and manage daily branch operations.

• Reconcile and balance cash vouchers, funds transfers, and ATM-related transactions.

• Support branch management in achieving operational efficiency and audit compliance.
