General Eligibility & Requirements

To be eligible for these roles, candidates must fulfill the following basic criteria:

• Educational Background: A minimum of Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

  • Preference: Candidates with a Master’s degree, accounting/finance backgrounds, or professional certifications like CFA will be given preference for specific roles.

• Professional Experience: * Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a Commercial Bank, Credit Rating Company, or financial institution.

  • Experience should specifically relate to business analysis, credit risk management, or corporate/commercial/SME financing.

• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and credit/lending products.

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.

  • For technical roles, proficiency in Data Management and Data Analytics tools (like Power BI) is required.

• Employment Type: The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management.

• Compensation: Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and other benefits as per the Bank’s Policy/Rules.
