General Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a high standard of professional excellence, NBP has outlined the following comprehensive eligibility requirements for these vacancies:

1. Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Minimum Degree: Candidates must hold at least a Graduation degree or equivalent from a local or international university, college, or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

• Preferred Qualification: Candidates possessing a Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field will be given preference.

• Professional Certifications: Relevant professional bank certifications, such as AIBP or JAIBP, or specialized technical certifications (like Business Intelligence / BI Certification for MIS roles), are highly preferred and advantageous.

2. Required Experience & Skills

• Banking Experience: Executive and managerial roles (AVP/VP) require a minimum of 06 to 08 years of banking, financial services, or SME/commercial lending experience. Officer-level positions require a minimum of 02 years of relevant specialized experience.

• Core Skills: Strong understanding of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Prudential Regulations, credit processing, risk assessment, and market dynamics.

• Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory across all positions. Candidates must possess strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.

• Employment Type: Selected candidates will be hired on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of NBP Management.
