General Eligibility & Qualification Criteria

Educational Background

• Minimum Qualification: A Graduation degree (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

• Preferred Education: Candidates holding a Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications will be given preference.

Professional Experience

• Sector Expertise: Significant experience in the banking industry is required, specifically within Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Cash Management, or Credit/Audit.

• Duration: Minimum experience ranges from 4 to 8 years depending on the seniority of the role, with a focus on relationship management, data analytics, or MIS reporting.

Core Skills & Knowledge
