Terms & Conditions

• Educational Requirements: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Candidates holding a Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications will be given preference (preferably in Computer Sciences/IT for software roles).

• Experience Requirements:

  • Assistant Product Manager: Minimum 02 years of experience in Banking/Financial Institutions/Telecom/Fintech (at least 1 year in Customer/Digital Onboarding, Roshan Digital Account, or UI/UX).

  • Software Engineers (Backend & Frontend): Minimum 03 years of experience in Software Development/Application Development (preferably in .NET).

• Places of Posting:

  • Karachi (Assistant Product Manager – Roshan Digital Account)

  • Lahore (Software Engineer – Backend & Frontend)

• Employment Type: Appointments will be made on a contractual basis for three (3) years, extendable/renewable at the discretion of Bank Management.

• Compensation & Benefits: Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and other benefits according to NBP’s rules and policies.
