Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates holding an LLB degree will be given preference.

• Age Limit: Maximum 27 years (as of the last date of application submission).

• Experience: While relevant experience is preferred, fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of recoveries via litigation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Selected Field Officers will be responsible for:

• Daily visits to allocated courts to escalate recovery suits and resolve cases within timelines.

• Updating bank systems to ensure day-to-day court compliance.

• Following up with relevant units and lawyers to speed up the litigation process and avoid unnecessary adjournments.

• Monitoring cases filed by or against the bank to safeguard its interests.

• Meeting assigned targets through recovery litigation.
