Terms & Conditions

• Employment Type: The employment will be on a contractual basis for three (3) years, renewable at the discretion of the Management based on performance.

• Benefits: Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and benefits as per the Bank’s Policy and Rules.

• Shortlisting Process: Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for assessment tests and/or panel interviews.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
