• Reporting Line: The selected Wing Head will report directly to the Divisional Head - Branch Banking.

• Educational Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Those holding a Master's degree and/or relevant banking certifications or diplomas will receive preference.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 12 years of core banking experience is required, which must include at least 05 years of dedicated experience managing Branch Banking Operations at a Divisional, Regional, Zonal, or Cluster Head level.

• Skill Matrix: Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of branch banking operations, internal audit frameworks, SBP prudential regulations, risk assessments, and audit observation handling.

• Employment Type: The selected candidate will be hired on a contractual basis for an initial term of three (03) years, which may be renewed at the sole discretion of the NBP management.

• Compensation: NBP offers an attractive market-competitive salary and benefit package tailored to the candidate's rank in accordance with the bank’s internal policies.
