Terms & Conditions

• Employment Type: The employment will be on a contractual basis for an initial period of three (03) years, which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management.

• Compensation: Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and other benefits as per the Bank's Policy / rules.

• Basic Eligibility: Candidates must meet the specified education and experience criteria, including a minimum graduation or equivalent degree from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s).
