Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:

1. Educational Background

• Minimum Requirement: Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college.

• Preferred: Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or specific Islamic Banking qualifications (degree or diploma) will be given preference.

2. Professional Experience

• Minimum 02 years of banking experience.

• At least 06 months of dedicated experience in sales is required.

3. Required Skills & Expertise

• Deep knowledge of Islamic banking products, policies, and procedures.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and databases.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, your core duties will include:

• Sales Targets: Meeting monthly/quarterly targets for account opening, deposit generation, and consumer financing (Mortgage/Auto Finance).

• Portfolio Management: Managing "Tail" accounts, activating dormant accounts, and promoting digital app/ATM usage.

• Customer Engagement: Executing daily customer visits and participating in mass contact drives or market storming activities.

• Compliance: Ensuring 100% Shariah compliance in all tasks and adhering to Banking Laws and SOPs.

• Reporting: Maintaining documentation and ensuring all audit requirements are addressed.
