• Relationship Manager - SME (OG III)

  • Place of Posting: Abbottabad, Bannu, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Gwadar, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Larkana, Mansehra, Mardan, Mirpurkhas, Muzaffarabad A.K, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sibi, Sukkur, Swat, and Vehari.

  • Education / Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent in Business and/or Commerce from a local or international university, college, or institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Master's degrees or professional certifications (such as Economics, Accounts, AIBP, JAIBP) are preferred.

  • Age Limit: Maximum 26 years as of the last date of submission of applications.

  • Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant banking experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new SME clients, execute client acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, promote financing products (working capital, trade finance, term loans), manage existing client relationships, analyze financial statements, prepare credit proposals, monitor accounts for risk mitigation, and achieve non-financial and financial targets.

  • Other Knowledge / Competencies: Ability to multitask, strong sales orientation, basic understanding of banking and SME products, geographical knowledge of the assigned area, sound knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Terms & Conditions

• Employment will be on a contractual basis for 3 years, which may be renewed at the management's discretion.

• Selected candidates are required to serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum period of three years, and no transfer requests will be entertained.

• Candidates will be evaluated strictly based on the defined eligibility criteria.

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a mandatory assessment test, and further processing may include panel interviews.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for the assessment test or interview.
