• Resident Engineer – Civil (OG-I)

  • Reporting To: Departmental Head – Civil (Central, North)

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum B.E. (Civil) or B. Tech (Civil) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institute. Candidates holding a Master's degree and/or relevant certification will be preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 04 years of relevant experience. Prior work experience in a bank or financial institution is preferred.

  • Key Skills & Expertise: Good working knowledge in project estimation, billing, and execution; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office.

  • Main Responsibilities: Site visits and project assessments, cost estimation, layout plan analysis, preparing bidding documents, project bill verification, supervising construction/renovations, and issuing valuation certificates for House Building Finance (HBF).

  • Place of Posting: Jhang, Peshawar

Terms & Conditions

• Employment Type: Contractual basis for three (03) years, renewable at the discretion of the Management.

• Compensation: Selected candidates will receive a market-competitive compensation package and benefits according to NBP policies and rules.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for a test and/or panel interview(s).
