1. Senior HR Business Partner (VP / SVP)

• Reporting To: Lead HR Business Partner

• Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university, college, or institute.

  • Candidates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) will be preferred.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 08 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to at least two functions of HR and/or as an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist.

  • Candidates with experience in similar roles within the financial sector are preferred.

• Place of Posting: Hyderabad

2. Unit Head – Career Management (AVP / VP)

• Reporting To: Wing Head – Career Management

• Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution (preferably in HR).

  • Candidates having a Master's degree and/or HR certifications (e.g., SAP, SHRM-CP / SCP, CHRP) will be preferred.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 06 years of working experience in Human Resources, with at least 04 years in Talent Management and/or HR Relationship Management and/or Career Development and/or Employee Relations and/or HR Operations.

  • Preferred experience in banking and/or large-scale organizations.

• Place of Posting: Karachi

Terms & Conditions

• Employment Type: Employment will be on a contractual basis for three (03) years, renewable at the discretion of Management.

• Compensation: Selected candidates will receive a competitive compensation package and benefits in line with Bank policy and rules.

• Assessment & Interviews: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interviews.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview appearances.
