General Qualifications and Skills

Candidates interested in these roles should possess a combination of the following qualifications and professional attributes:

• Educational Background: A minimum of Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

• Advanced Degrees: Candidates with a Master’s degree in Business or related fields are preferred for several roles.

• Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AIBP or JAIBP are highly encouraged and preferred.

• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of credit lending, commercial financing, and trade finance.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a sound knowledge of banking regulations and market dynamics.

• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets.

• Professionalism: A positive attitude and the ability to build trust among clients, prospects, and colleagues.

• Employment Type: Selected candidates will be offered a three-year contractual position, renewable at the discretion of Management, with a market-competitive compensation package.
