General Eligibility & Requirements

To qualify for these specialized roles, candidates should generally meet the following professional standards:

• Educational Background: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC. Candidates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or Data Sciences will be preferred.

• Professional Experience: Minimum 06 to 08 years of relevant experience in Digital Banking, Fintech, E-commerce, or Financial Solutions. Specific expertise in Wallet products, Merchant onboarding, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is essential depending on the role.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SBP regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC), data privacy standards, and digital payment infrastructure (ISO, Raast P2M, etc.).

• Location: All positions are based in Karachi.

• Contract Type: The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of Management.
