• Eligibility Criteria - Education/Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University, College, or Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

  • Candidates having a Master's degree and/or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred 

• • Eligibility Criteria - Age: Maximum 28 years as of the last date of submission of application.

  • Eligibility Criteria - Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in Credit Administration and/or Loan Processing.

  • Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

    • To assist in scrutiny of Sanction Advice Facility / Offer Letter with reference to Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB).

    • To provide support in the preparation of standard documentation i.e. IBs for SME customers.

    • To provide support in preparing Disbursement Authorization Certificate (DAC).

    • To supervise Registration of Charge with SECP through BLA.

    • To assist in conducting in-house visits of Pledge Sites and coordinate for arranging outsource inspection of pledged stocks.

    • To feed details in the system with respect to approved facilities, collateral, insurance, and other related details.

    • To provide support in monitoring allowed deferrals and follow-up for completion of deferred formalities within the stipulated time.

    • To monitor the expiry status of Insurance Policies of collaterals/stocks held by the bank.

    • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

  • Other Knowledge / Competencies:

    • Exposure to collateral and risk monitoring/reporting.

    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Sound knowledge of SME Financing, Credit Administration, Review of Legal Documentation, and Pledge Operations.

    • Proficiency in MS Office.

  Terms and Conditions

  • Employment Basis: The employment will be on a contractual basis for 3 years, which may be renewed on the discretion of the management.

  • Transfer Policy: In case of selection, candidates will be required to serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum period of 3 years, and no request for transfer will be entertained.

  • Testing and Evaluation: Candidates will be evaluated strictly based on the defined eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a mandatory assessment test, and further processing may include panel interviews.

  • Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for the assessment test/interview.
