• Academic Qualifications:

• Experience Requirements: Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in Banking and/or Financial Institutions, Telecom, Capital Markets, FinTech, and/or Software Houses. Specialized roles require specific domain experience (e.g., 01 year in strategy design, PMO, IT infrastructure support, ETL development, or Data Modeling/BI development).

• Skill Requirements: Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills along with domain-specific technical proficiency.
