1. Senior Technical Analyst – CBA (OG-I)

• Reporting to: Unit Head – CBA Technology

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent; or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Candidates holding relevant certifications will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 02 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, configuration, and/or deployment of Core Banking Systems and/or Allied Solutions. Preference will be given to candidates with FIS PROFILE Core Banking System experience.

• Other Skills Required: Expertise in Database Technologies (Oracle, DBSQL, SQL Server, NoSQL); hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems; strong knowledge of VMware technology, version control tools (SVN / GitLab), and WebServers (Apache / WebSphere); excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Main Duties & Responsibilities: Manage IT projects, service requests, and SLAs; conduct technical risk analysis for Core Banking changes; track technical issues and coordinate with application and infrastructure vendors; validate infrastructure requirements and comparative vendor evaluation sheets; ensure data protection and prevent unauthorized access.

• Place of Posting: Karachi

2. Systems Administrator (OG-II / OG-I)

• Reporting to: Unit Head – Systems Administration (Windows)

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent; or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Candidates holding relevant certifications will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in Systems Administration, preferably in bank(s).

• Other Skills Required: Ability to work within a cohesive team; excellent analytical, decision-making, time management, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Main Duties & Responsibilities: Manage centralized endpoint security solutions (AV, EDR, XDR); handle system upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and patching; configure and troubleshoot Windows Failover Clustering; maintain virtualized environments; manage Active Directory, Exchange Server 2016/2019, Microsoft 365, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, and Root CA server; remediate vulnerabilities based on Vulnerability Assessment (VA) findings.

• Employment Type: The position is on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of Management.
