General Eligibility Criteria

• Educational / Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

• Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 03 years of banking experience, with at least 01 year of specific experience in Credit Operations.

• Key Skills & Expertise Required:

  • Strong knowledge of credit operations, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations, and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Experience in revolving credit, pledge financing, and exposure segregation by commodity.

  • Background in credit facilities for private/public sector entities and autonomous bodies.

  • Well-versed in Export Finance Schemes, LTFF, and SBP refinance products.

  • Familiarity with Letter of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), core banking systems, loan modules, and MIS/reporting tools.

  • Strong data management and reconciliation skills with advanced MS Excel and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
