General Eligibility Criteria

• Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

  • Candidates holding a Master's degree and/or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.

• Experience Requirements:

  • Officer Risk Review: Minimum 03 years of banking experience in Credit Risk Management, Credit Approvals, Credit Reviews, Commercial Banking, or SME Banking.

  • Credit Analyst: Minimum 03 years of banking experience in Commercial or SME banking (business side or risk management side).

  • Processing Officer: Minimum 02 years of banking experience, with at least 01 year in a similar role or support function.

• Skills Required: Strong knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations, MS Office proficiency, risk assessment, credit analysis, and good interpersonal communication skills.
