1. Wing Head – DBG Data Governance & Analytics (VP / SVP)

• Reporting to: Divisional Head – Digital Analytics, Insights and Strategy

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/college/institute. Candidates having a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or Data Science, and/or DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) and/or ICCP Certified Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP) will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 08 years of experience in Data Management and/or Data Governance in FinTech, Telecom, Capital Markets, or Financial Institutions. Experience in establishing Data Governance Frameworks, SOP development, Data Quality Management, Data Classification, or Metadata Management is preferred.

• Other Skills Required: Strong ability to design and implement enterprise-wide data governance programs, understanding of regulatory requirements (SBP, GDPR, ISO), hands-on expertise in data governance tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.), and excellent communication skills.

• Main Duties & Responsibilities: Define and execute the Bank's data engineering strategy; establish data governance standards and accountability frameworks; manage metadata, cataloging, and Master Data Management (MDM); mitigate risks related to data privacy; track KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness.

2. Wing Head – DBG Strategy and Business Planning (VP / SVP)

• Reporting to: Divisional Head – Digital Analytics, Insights and Strategy

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/college/institute. Candidates having a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Technology, along with certifications like Certified Digital Business Specialist (Digital Business Academy), CFA, PMP, or Certified Product Manager (AIPMM) will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 08 years of experience in Digital Banking, Business Strategy, or Strategic Planning within FinTech, Telecom, Digital Banking, or Financial Institutions, including 04 years in a managerial role driving Digital Transformation.

• Other Skills Required: Ability to design and implement digital banking strategies, strong understanding of market trends, business planning, research, analytics tools, and excellent cross-functional leadership skills.

• Main Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Digital Banking Strategy Roadmap; prepare Board and Executive Management strategy papers and investment proposals; drive innovation using AI, Open Banking, APIs, Cloud, and Advanced Analytics; monitor strategic KPIs, OKRs, and Balanced Scorecards; conduct scenario planning and competitor benchmarking.

• Place of Posting: Karachi

• Employment Type: The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of Management.
