Job Overview

  • Position: Senior Officer - Credit Operations (OG-I / AVP)

  • Reporting To: Wing Head - Centralized Loan Account Processing

  • Employment Type: 3-Year Contract (Renewable based on performance)

  • Locations: Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Sialkot

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

Criteria Requirement
Education Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience 4 years of total banking experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Credit Operations.
Technical Skills Proficiency in Core Banking Systems, MIS tools, Advanced MS Excel, and analytical tools like SQL or Power BI.
Knowledge Strong understanding of SBP regulations, Export Finance Schemes (LTFF/ERF), LCs/BGs, and Drawing Power (DP) calculations.

Key Responsibilities

The core of this role involves managing the lifecycle of a loan from disbursement to recovery:

  • Loan Management: Opening loan accounts and executing disbursements in the core banking system according to approved policies.

  • Account Maintenance: Managing daily transactions, markup billing, installment recovery, and rebate calculations.

  • Monitoring: Tracking repayment schedules, insurance renewals, collateral revaluations, and document expiries.

  • Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performing periodic reconciliations.

  • Compliance: Handling SBP-related documentation (LTFF/ERF) and ensuring all credit records are accurate and up-to-date.
