General Eligibility & Qualification Details

To be eligible for these banking careers, candidates must fulfill the following basic criteria:

• Academic Qualifications: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACAMS, AML/CFT, International Remittances).

• Professional Experience: * A minimum of 04 years of experience in the banking or financial sector.

  • Candidates must have specific experience in international payments, cross-border remittances, correspondent banking, or quality assurance/complaint resolution within the remittance sector.

• Core Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Solid understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) regulations.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Employment Type: The positions are on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the Management.
