NBP is currently hiring for the following positions in the HR department:

  • Senior HR Business Partner (VP / SVP)

  • Officer Admin – HR Legal Compliance (OG-II / OG-I)


General Eligibility & Qualification Details

To be considered for these leadership and administrative roles, candidates must meet the following general standards:

  • Academic Background: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

  • Preferred Degrees: Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), or Human Resources are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Professional Certifications: For senior roles, certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, or other HR-related credentials will be preferred.

  • Professional Experience: * Senior Roles: Minimum of 08 years of HR experience, with specific exposure to HR Business Partnering or Generalist functions. Experience in the financial sector is a plus.

    • Officer Roles: Minimum of 02 years of experience in HR or Administration.

  • Required Skill Set: * Strong communication and relationship management skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Good understanding of business acumen and financial literacy.

    • Excellent drafting and analytical skills for legal and administrative documentation.


Employment Terms & Benefits

  • Type of Employment: Positions are offered on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the Management.

  • Compensation: Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and other benefits according to the Bank's policies and rules.
