National Database & Registration Authority NADRA Jobs 2026 Apply Online Scanning Operators in Lahore

Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, residents of Lahore are invited to apply online for project-based positions at the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Headquarters, G-5/2 Islamabad.

List of Vacancies and Details

• Scanning Operator (Project-based)

  • Qualification: Minimum Intermediate or equivalent.

  • Age Limit: Maximum 25 years (Five years age relaxation has already been included in the prescribed age limit).

  • Region & Job Location: Lahore (15-A, Abbot Road, DRO Office, Lahore).

  • Work Shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night shifts (six days a week; candidates must be willing to work in any shift as per requirement).

  • Key Responsibilities: Selected candidates will be assigned the task of archiving old NADRA records and required to scan a minimum of 400 pages per day.

Terms & Conditions

• Only residents of Lahore as per their CNIC/Domicile shall be allowed to appear for the interview.

• Selected candidates will be hired purely on a contract basis for a period of three months only (90 days), extendable if required.

• Students, females, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled persons are encouraged to apply.

• Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process and accept or reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason.

• A base salary of 40,000 per month shall be paid, excluding the incentive amount per scanned form determined by the Authority.

• Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

• Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones and smartwatches will not be allowed during the interview.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.

• These positions are project-specific and temporary in nature, and selection will not confer any right to regular or contractual appointment in NADRA.
