The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Government of Pakistan, is seeking applications from eligible, dynamic, and qualified candidates for various managerial and specialist positions. These posts are offered purely on a contract basis with a lump-sum pay package for an initial period of 24 months, extendable based on requirement and performance. All appointments will be made on an open merit basis in Islamabad.

Terms & Conditions

• Nature of Appointment: Purely contractual for an initial period of 24 months, extendable as per requirement.

• Merit Basis: Positions will be filled strictly on an open merit basis.

• Mandatory Service Period: Selected candidates will be required to serve for a minimum mandatory period of 18 months.

• Remuneration: A market-competitive lump-sum monthly salary package (equivalent to Project Pay Scales 7 to 9) will be offered depending on domain skills and relevant experience.

• Envelope Marking: Candidates must clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.

• Document Attestation: Shortlisted candidates must present original academic documents duly attested by HEC at the time of the interview.

• Shortlisting & Interview: Only shortlisted applicants will be called for a test or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

• Authority Rights: NDMA management reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, reject any or all applications, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason.
