The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), known as "The Nation's Bank," is looking for a talented and experienced professional to join its Corporate & Investment Banking team in Karachi. This role is vital for NBP’s objective of transforming into a future-fit, agile, and sustainable institution.

Position Overview

• Job Title: Divisional Head – Analytics & Compliance (SVP)

• Reporting to: Group Chief – CIBG

• Employment Type: Three-year contract (renewable at Management’s discretion)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

• Experience: * Minimum 10 years in the Banking Industry (preferably in Enterprise Risk Management).

  • At least 05 years specifically in Business Analytics, Portfolio Analysis, or a related field.

  • Minimum 03 years in a leadership role is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and/or SQL for data visualization and analytics is required.

Main Responsibilities

• Business Analytics: Lead the implementation of data-driven insights, oversee the preparation of performance dashboards (KPIs), and provide analytical support for budgeting and forecasting.

• Business Strategy: Formulate and implement CIBG’s business strategies, monitor operational performance across divisions, and drive key transformation programs to achieve growth objectives.

• Compliance & Risk: Support proactive risk management through analytical inputs on asset quality, portfolio stress testing, and early warning indicators.
