Terms & Conditions

• Nature of Job: The positions are completely contract-based. Selected candidates will be offered a lump-sum pay package and will not be regularized in service. The successful candidate will be offered a three-year contract, which is extendable with mutual consent and terminable with one month's notice from either side.

• Ineligibility: Officers with premature or compulsory retirement, or those retired on misconduct or as a result of fault (with or without fault of the officer), are ineligible to apply (specifically for position Sr. #1). Furthermore, candidates weeded out of service on disciplinary grounds or those dismissed/debarred from future employment are not eligible.

• Posting Location: Candidates, if selected against these positions, will be required to perform their professional duties anywhere in Pakistan as per the requirements of the Company.

• Document Verification: Photocopies of educational documents and experience certificates are not required at the initial application stage. However, candidates appearing in the interview must bring their original credentials (CNIC, educational certificates duly verified by HEC, experience documents, departmental NOC if currently employed, etc.) along with an attested copy thereof.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the written test or interview. No TA/DA will be provided by NGC for the selection processes.

• Application Integrity: Incomplete applications or submissions containing incorrect, misleading, or concealed facts shall be disqualified at any stage, even after final selection, with cost.

• Company Rights: NGC reserves the absolute right to increase or decrease the number of posts or withhold the recruitment process entirely at any stage.

How to Apply

• Online Registration: Interested candidates are advised to apply online using the prescribed Application Form available on the official NTS website at www.nts.org.pk.

• Submission of Hard Copies: The printed application forms along with the printed NTS Fees Challan must reach the National Testing Service (NTS) Head Office at Plot #96, Street #4, H-8/1, Islamabad via courier service or Pakistan Post.

• NTS Test Fees: Candidates are advised to deposit the test fee as follows:

  • For Deputy Manager (Security) & Security Officer: Rs. 650/-

  • For Security Inspector: Rs. 575/-

• Biometric Verification Requirement: Biometric attendance and verification of all shortlisted/eligible candidates will be carried out at NTS Test Centers before the start of the written test. Applicants are strictly required to get their fingerprints updated in the NADRA System, otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

• Queries: Candidates may contact NTS directly for any queries regarding the written test, roll number slips, display of provisional and final lists, test centers, or results.
