HRSG Search & Advisory is seeking a highly qualified executive for its client, the National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC), for the C-level leadership position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will serve as the single accountable executive for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation, maintenance, security, and strategic development of Pakistan's national transmission network. The position is based in Lahore and reports directly to the Managing Director. General Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)

  • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Power Systems is highly desirable

• Experience Requirements: Minimum 15 – 20 years of progressive experience in power sector operations, transmission systems, or large-scale infrastructure organizations, including senior leadership roles
