The National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan, has officially announced multiple career opportunities under the Balochistan Quota. Applications are invited from qualified and dynamic Pakistani nationals holding a valid local/domicile certificate of Balochistan for regular positions ranging from BPS-04 to BPS-18. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the designated portal.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (01 Deputy Director - Engineer - BPS-18): B.Sc/M.Sc/Ph.D in Civil Engineering with 2–7 years relevant experience; Max age 40 (relaxable).

• (01 Assistant Director - Afforestation - BPS-17): BS (4 Years) in Forestry from HEC recognized university; Max age 35.

• (06 Assistant Director - Engineer - BPS-17): M.Sc/MS or 1st Class BSc/BS in Civil Engineering; Max age 35.

• (01 Assistant Director - Accounts/Finance - BPS-17): B.Com degree; Max age 35.

• (02 Inspector - BPS-16): 3-Years Civil Diploma with 10 years bridge/highway experience; Max age 35.

• (01 Inspector - Afforestation - BPS-16): BS in Forestry with 5 years experience; Max age 35.

• (01 Assistant Private Secretary - APS - BPS-16): Graduate with 100/50 w.p.m. shorthand/typing; Max age 28.

• (02 Computer Operator - BPS-16): Graduate with 3 years computer operation experience; Max age 28.

• (03 Office Assistant - BPS-15): Graduate degree; Max age 25.

• (01 Accounts Assistant - BPS-14): B.Com with 3 years relevant experience; Max age 25.

• (02 Stenotypist - BPS-14): Intermediate with 80/40 w.p.m. shorthand/typing speed; Max age 25.

• (01 Lab Technical - BPS-11): F.Sc or Civil Diploma with 3 years experience; Max age 25.

• (02 LDC - BPS-11): Matriculation with 30 w.p.m. typing speed; Max age 25.

• (01 Patwari - BPS-5): Matric with Patwar/Tapedar course; Max age 25.

• (04 Driver - BPS-4): Primary pass with valid driving license and traffic rules knowledge; Max age 30.

Terms & Conditions

• Recruitment Process: Walk-in interviews will be conducted for BPS-01 to BPS-16 posts in major districts of Balochistan, whereas tests and interviews for BPS-17 and BPS-18 positions will follow standard applicable rules.

• Age Relaxation: General upper age relaxation of 5 years (for Balochistan province) plus an additional 5 years relaxation is admissible as per Federal Government instructions.

• Documents Verification: Original documents, attested copies of degrees, CNIC, and domicile certificate must be presented at the time of interview/verification. Fake or bogus documents will lead to immediate rejection and legal action.

• Service Rules: Serving government employees must apply through the proper channel. Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan on a requirement basis.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in tests or interviews.
