The National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) Karachi has announced multiple career opportunities for qualified and experienced professionals on a contract basis. Applications are invited from eligible candidates meeting the regional provincial quota for Sindh to join a premier healthcare institution.

List of Vacancies and Eligibility Details

• ( Consultant Interventional Radiologist): FCPS Interventional Radiology or equivalent with 03 years post qualification experience.

• ( Assistant Professor (Paeds Cardiac Critical Care / Emergency Services)): FCPS Paediatric Medicine with FCPS Paediatric Cardiology or Fellowship Paediatric Critical Care.

• ( Senior Registrar (Paeds Cardiac Critical Care / Emergency Services)): FCPS Paediatric Medicine with 03 years Fellowship training in Paediatric Cardiology or Paediatrics Critical Care.

• ( Senior Registrar (Cardiac Imaging)): Complete qualification and experience as per PM&DC rules and regulations by closing date.

• ( Senior Registrar (Paeds Cardiac Surgery)): Complete qualification and experience as per PM&DC rules and regulations by closing date.

• ( Dietitian): BS (Food Sciences) or equivalent with 03 years relevant experience; large-scale cooking expertise preferred.

• ( Radiation Protection Officer): M.Sc (Physics) or equivalent with 03 years relevant experience and Certified RPO from PNRA preferred.

• ( Staff Nurse): B.ScN (Generic) or Post RN B.ScN / Diploma in General Nursing with 1-year specialization and 1 year post-qualification experience with valid PNC license.

• ( Trainee Staff Nurse): B.ScN (Generic), fresh candidate with a valid PNC license.

• ( Echo Technologist): BS-MT (Cardiovascular Sciences) with 02 years experience OR B.Sc. with Diploma/Training and 02 years experience.

• ( Echo Technician): F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with Diploma/Training in relevant field with 02 years of relevant working experience.

• (CSSD Technician): Matriculation qualified with Diploma in relevant field with 02 years experience.

• ( Surgical Assistant): BS-MT (Surgical Technology) with 02 years relevant experience.

• ( Multimedia Specialist): BS in Media Science with at least 02 years experience in professional photography, videography, drone shoots, video editing, and graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud.

• (Junior Assistant Human Resources): Graduate with at least 02 years experience in core human resource functions in a reputable organization.

Terms & Conditions

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview where applicable.

• Candidates currently in government service should apply through the proper channel.

• All applicants must possess the required qualification and experience prior to the closing date of the advertisement.

• Age limit will be calculated as of the closing date, with general age relaxation up to 05 years applicable as per government notification.

• Applications for Serial No. 08 & 09 will be accepted via the NTS online portal with a test fee of Rs.800/-.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

• Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
