Shortlisting is based on a point system with a 50% weightage required for passing marks:

• Educational Qualifications: 20 Points

• Work Experience: 20 Points

• Additional Skills/Expertise: 10 Points

Important Terms & Conditions

• Nature of Job: All positions are purely temporary, time-bound (6 months), and non-transferable.

• No Right to Extension: These roles do not carry any right to regularization, extension, or future employment at Lok Virsa.
