Below is the breakdown of available positions, eligibility criteria, age limits, and monthly salaries:

1. Toll Plaza Manager

   • Eligibility: Retired Subedar Major, Honorary Lieutenant, or Honorary Captain from the Pakistan Army.

   • Maximum Age Limit: 55 years

   • Salary: Rs. 57,813/-

2. Assistant Toll Plaza Manager

   • Eligibility: Retired Subedar or Naib Subedar from the Pakistan Army.

   • Maximum Age Limit: 55 years

   • Salary: Rs. 50,779/-

3. Shift In-charge

   • Eligibility: Retired Havildar from the Pakistan Army.

   • Maximum Age Limit: 54 years

   • Salary: Rs. 43,161/-

4. Security Guard

   • Eligibility: Retired Sepoy to Lance Havildar from the Pakistan Army. The retirement date must be after December 2018. Candidates must be medically and physically fit.

   • Maximum Age Limit: 50 years

   • Salary: Rs. 38,926/-

5. Cook (Bawarchi)

   • Eligibility: Retired Soldier from the Pakistan Army with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

   • Maximum Age Limit: 45 years

   • Salary: Rs. 37,216/-

Before planning your visit, please carefully note the following conditions:

• Benefits: NLC provides free single accommodation and messing (food) to all selected employees.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the test or interview.

• Authority Rights: NLC reserves the right to amend or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

• Restrictions: Candidates who have already given a test/interview before, or those who have previously served in NLC and left, are not eligible to apply again.

• Important Requirement: Candidates must write their contact numbers on their application documents.

How to Apply & Interview Schedule

Eligible candidates must appear directly for the walk-in registration, test, and interview according to the following schedule:

• Venue: HR Branch, Headquarters Tolling NLC, Rawalpindi.

• Registration Timings: 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

• Test/Interview Timings: 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

• Required Documents: JCOs and Soldiers must bring their Discharge Book. Civilian candidates (where applicable) and all other applicants must bring their updated CV, CNIC, and photocopies of all educational certificates.

The walk-in tests and interviews will be conducted from July 6 to July 8, 2026.
