Terms & Conditions

• Contract Basis: Appointments will be purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year at a time subject to performance, organizational requirements, and mutual consent.

• Hiring Criteria: Educational degrees or certificates must be from HEC-recognized universities or institutes. Professional registration with PEC, PCATP, or the Bar Council (where applicable) is mandatory.

• Preferred Experience: Preference will be given to candidates possessing relevant working experience in organizations such as NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments, or other Government/Public Sector/Semi-Government entities.

• Age Calculation: The maximum age limits specified for individual posts shall be calculated as of the closing date of applications.

• Testing & Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for the selection process.

• Government Employees: Candidates already working in Government or Semi-Government sectors must apply through the proper channel and produce a valid NOC at the time of the interview.

• Authority Rights: NPF reserves the absolute right to increase or decrease the number of posts, reject any or all applications, or cancel the recruitment drive at any stage without assigning any reason.
