Terms & Conditions

• Nature of Employment: Appointments will be made purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance, organizational requirement, and mutual consent.

• Educational Recognition: Degrees and certificates must be from HEC-recognized universities/institutes. Mandatory registration with PEC or Bar Council is required where applicable.

• Preferred Experience: Preference will be given to candidates possessing relevant experience in organizations such as NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments, or other government, public sector, or semi-government institutions.

• Age Calculation: The maximum age limit will be calculated as of the closing date for submission of applications.

• Test / Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test or interview.

• Right of Rejection: The NPF reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, reject any or all applications, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
