National Police Foundation Security Services (NPFSS) is inviting applications for the recruitment of Security Guards in Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sukkur regions. Candidates from retired Armed Forces personnel as well as civilian security guards meeting the required criteria are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to local candidates.

• Armed Forces Personnel Security Guard

  • Eligibility: Smart, active, and honest candidate. Must be a retired official from Armed Forces (Army), Rangers, or Police, or have experience working as a security guard in a security company.

  • Skills: Ability to read and write English.

  • Age Limit: 25 to 45 years.

  • Education: Primary or above.

• Civilian Security Guard

  • Eligibility: Smart, active, and honest candidate with experience working as a security guard in a security company.

  • Skills: Ability to read and write English.

  • Age Limit: 25 to 45 years.

  • Education: Primary or above.

  • Height Requirement: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches (5'6").

Terms & Conditions

• Age Criteria:

  • Retired personnel from Police and military institutions: Age 25 to 45 years.

  • Candidates with service experience in Police and military institutions: Age 25 to 40 years.

  • Discharged employees from any security company: Age 25 to 45 years.

• Character Record: Candidates must have no criminal record.

• Required Attachments: Applications must be accompanied by a discharge certificate (for retired personnel), passport-size photographs, educational certificates, and a copy of CNIC.

• Intimation: Candidates will be informed after the scrutiny of applications.

• TA/DA: No interview or travel expenses will be paid by National Police Foundation.
