Terms & Conditions

• Contract Duration: Appointments are initially offered on a contract basis for one to three (01–03) years. Extensions may be granted on a yearly basis depending on performance evaluation and organizational requirements.

• Remuneration & Revisions: Selected candidates will receive an all-inclusive lump-sum salary on initial offer, which serves as the base salary for annual enhancements. Salary increments range from 5% to 15% annually based on satisfactory performance.

• Experience Requirement: Only post-qualification experience (gained after acquiring the required degree/qualification) will be considered valid.

• Selection Process: Only short-listed candidates meeting all eligibility criteria will be called for an interview by the Selection/Interview Committee in Islamabad. Individual inquiries will not be entertained.

• Verification & Right of Rejection: All documents and application information will be thoroughly verified. Submission of fake or forged documents will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature at any stage and subsequent legal action.

• Rights Reserved: The commission reserves the right to shortlist, reject any application, or cancel the recruitment process entirely without prior notice or providing a reason.

• TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates appearing for interviews.
