List of Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria

• (Assistant Private Secretary) - Second class or Grade C Bachelor Degree from HEC recognized university with 100/50 w.p.m shorthand/typing speed and computer literacy.

• (Assistant) - Second class or Grade C Bachelor Degree from HEC recognized university with computer literacy and good command in office noting/drafting.

Terms & Conditions

• Positions will be filled on deputation through approved SOPs/amendments.

• Only regular public/civil servants working in Federal/Provincial Government Organizations or Autonomous Bodies in the same scale are eligible. Contract, project-based, or Tenure Track System employees are not eligible.

• Applicants must produce a departmental NOC at the time of interview.

• Selected candidates shall submit their joining at NAVTTC HQs, Islamabad, but they may be posted in offices located anywhere in Pakistan.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
