Applications are invited for appointment against various administrative, medical, paramedical, IT, and technical positions on a lump-sum contract basis at the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology, Sargodha under the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab.

• Senior Consultant (Cardiology): 01 Position; MBBS with FCPS or MS/MD/CCT or Diplomat American Board or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC with at least 07 years experience after post-graduation.
• Consultant (Cardiology): 02 Positions; MBBS with FCPS or MS/MD/CCT or Diplomat American Board or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC with at least 05 years experience after post-graduation.
• Junior Consultant (Cardiology): 02 Positions; MBBS with FCPS or MS/MD/CCT or Diplomat American Board or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject recognized by PM&DC.
• Senior Consultant (Paediatric Cardiac Surgery): 01 Position; MBBS with FCPS or MS (Paediatric Cardiac Surgery) or Diplomat American Board or other equivalent qualification in the relevant subject recognized by PM&DC with at least 07 years experience after post-graduation.

• Cath Lab Technologist: 02 Positions; Diploma in Cardiovascular Technology / Cardiac Care Technology / Electrocardiography / Cardiac Imaging Technology OR relevant relevant diploma from HEC recognized University/Institute with minimum 01 year of relevant experience.
• ECG Technician: 02 Positions; Diploma in Cardiac Technology / ECG Technology or relevant diploma from Punjab Medical Faculty with 2 years relevant experience.
• Cath Lab Technician: 02 Positions; Diploma in Cardiac Technology / Diploma in Imaging Technology or relevant diploma from a recognized board/Punjab Medical Faculty with 2 years relevant experience.
• Dosage Technician: 02 Positions; Diploma in Operation Theatre / Pharmacy Technician or any other relevant diploma from Punjab Medical Faculty with 2 years relevant experience.
• Crisis/CCT Assistant: 02 Positions; Intermediate (F.Sc) (F.A) from a government recognized school having five (5) years of experience in the relevant field. Any relevant diploma for Crisis/CCT.
• Consultant (Radiology): 02 Positions; MBBS with FCPS or MS/FRCR or Diplomat American Board or other equivalent qualification in the relevant subject recognized by PM&DC with at least 05 years experience after post-graduation.
• Junior Consultant (Radiology): 02 Positions; MBBS with FCPS or MS/FRCR or Diplomat American Board or other equivalent qualification in the relevant subject recognized by PM&DC.
• Consultant Nephrologist: 01 Position; MBBS with FCPS or MS in the relevant subject or equivalent qualification with at least five (05) years of experience after post-graduation.
• Junior Consultant Nephrologist: 01 Position; MBBS with FCPS or MS/MRCP (Nephrology) or Diplomat American Board or other equivalent qualification in the relevant subject recognized by PM&DC.
• Dental Surgeon: 01 Position; BDS qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council, registered with PM&DC, having three (03) years of experience as a Dental Surgeon in a patient care hospital.
• Medical Officer: 05 Positions; MBBS qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council, registered with PM&DC, having 01 year house job. Preference would be given to those who have done 01 year experience in cardiology.
• Physiotherapy Technician: 02 Positions; Diploma in Physiotherapy Technology or relevant diploma from Punjab Medical Faculty with Two years relevant experience.
• Dental Technician: 02 Positions; Diploma in Dental Technology / Dental Hygiene or relevant diploma from Punjab Medical Faculty with Two years relevant experience.
• Consultant Chemical Pathology: 01 Position; MBBS with FCPS or M.Phil / PhD / MRCPath or Diplomat American Board in the relevant subject or other equivalent qualification with at least three (03) years post-graduation experience.
• Junior Consultant Chemical Pathology: 03 Positions; MBBS with FCPS or M.Phil/PhD/MRCPath or Diplomat American Board in the relevant subject or other equivalent qualification.
• Medical Lab Technologist: 02 Positions; Bachelor's Degree in Medical Lab Technology or relevant degree from HEC recognized University / Institute with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Valid registration with Pakistan Nursing Council OR ii) B.Sc Nursing (Generic) Four years OR Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery and Post BS from HEC recognized University / Institute and valid registration with Pakistan Nursing Council with at least Four years experience as Charge Nurse. • Manager Pharmacy: 01 Position; i) M. Phil in Pharmacy from HEC recognized University / Institute with three years post graduation experience in a tertiary care hospital / pharmacy. Must be registered with Pharmacy Council. OR Pharm-D, B-Pharmacy from HEC recognized University / Institute with five years experience in a tertiary care hospital / pharmacy.
• Pharmacist: 02 Positions; Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) from a recognized University with 02 Years of Relevant Experience as Pharmacist.
• Dispenser / Pharmacy Technician: 05 Positions; Diploma in Pharmacy/Dispensing Technology or relevant diploma from Punjab Medical Faculty or Punjab Pharmacy Council with 2 years relevant experience as Dispenser / Pharmacy Technician.
• Director Security: 01 Position; Bachelor's Degree in administration OR relevant field from HEC recognized University or Master's Management in Law Enforcement or a Military Class Officer from reputable institution / Private Security Organization. Security Management courses such as Fire safety / First Aid / Crisis management / Bomb disposal / Armed Forces / Police / Para military personnel will solve the purpose of HEC recognized University.
• Manager Legal Affairs and Compliance: 01 Position; i) LL.M or equivalent qualification recognized by Higher Education Commission with two years of relevant experience and registered with Pakistan or Punjab Bar Council. ii) LL.B or equivalent qualification recognized by Higher Education Commission with four years of relevant experience and registered with Pakistan or Punjab Bar Council.
• HR Assistant: 01 Position; Bachelor's in HR/business administration/ commerce/ Public Health/Public Administration/Public Administration or relevant degree from HEC recognized University / Institute with Two years of relevant experience in HR field.
• Receptionist: 02 Positions; Intermediate or equivalent degree from recognized Board, well versed/ proficient in computer skills having one year of experience in relevant field. Preference to be FCPS/Graduate in using MS-Office.
• Cook: 02 Positions; Matriculation from a Government recognized school. Two relevant experience will be preferred.
• Lift Operator: 02 Positions; Matriculation from a Government recognized school. Two years of relevant experience will be preferred.
• Director IT: 01 Position; MS in Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Management / relevant degree from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission with minimum Six years of relevant experience in IT related field. OR BS in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Management Information Systems / Information Technology / relevant degree from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission with minimum Eight years of relevant experience in IT related field.
• IT Technician: 02 Positions; (i) Bachelor of Associate Engineering (Computer) / Diploma in Computer Software / Hardware with 2 years relevant experience. OR (ii) With one year IT Diploma / Certification with 3 years relevant experience.
• Biomedical Engineer: 01 Position; B.Sc / BS (Bio-Medical Engineering / Bio-Medical Engineering Technology / Bio-Medical Electronics / Electrical Engineering) from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission with Two years' experience of relevant field of Medical Equipment.
• Department Electrical Officer: 01 Position; B.Sc Electrical Engineering or relevant degree from HEC recognized University / Institute with minimum 02 years of relevant experience.
• HVAC Supervisor: 01 Position; B.Sc Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / B.Sc Mechanical / Electrical Technology or relevant degree from HEC recognized University / Institute with minimum 02 years of relevant experience.
• HVAC Technician: 02 Positions; Diploma in Associate Engineering (HVAC / Electrical / Mechanical / Instrument) or relevant diploma with Two years relevant experience.
• Electrical Technician / Generator Operator: 02 Positions; (i) Diploma of Associate Engineering (Electrical) or relevant diploma with Two years relevant experience. OR (ii) Matric from a recognized Board with Two years diploma in electrical course from vocational institute or from any recognized institute with Three years experience in relevant field.
• Biomedical Technician: 02 Positions; Diploma of Associate Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant diploma) with Two years of relevant experience.

Terms & Conditions

• Appointments will be made on a lump-sum contract basis for a period of three years.

• General age relaxation in upper age limit will be admissible as per Punjab Government policy.

• Government servants must apply through the proper channel.

• Candidates claiming equivalent foreign or local qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by HEC or PM&DC.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

• The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any of the advertised vacancies without assigning any reason.
