Terms & Conditions

• Appointment Nature: All advertised positions are on a lump-sum contract basis for an initial period of three (03) years.

• Eligibility & Domicile: Candidates from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply.

• Degree Verification & Equivalence: Appointments are subject to official verification of educational degrees and experience certificates at the candidate's cost. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC or PMDC (erstwhile PMC) at the time of the interview; failure to do so will result in cancellation of candidature.

• In-Service Candidates: Government servants must apply through the proper channel.

• Private Practice & Practice Policy: Institutional practice will be allowed as per NSIC regulations; however, private practice outside the institute is strictly not permitted.

• Selection Procedure: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. The competent authority may conduct a screening or written test for any post if required.

• Grievance Redressal: Candidates having any grievance at any stage may submit a written application to the Dean within 03 days after the display of the shortlist/list on the website or notice board of NSIC.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in tests or interviews.

• Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of posts at any stage without assigning any reason.
