CAD Officer (OG II) - Risk Management  

Education / Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from a local or international university, college, or institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates holding a Master's degree and/or other relevant professional certifications will be preferred.  

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years old as of the last date of submission of applications.  

Experience: Minimum 01 year of banking experience specifically in Credit Administration and/or Loan Processing.  

Outline of Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the scrutiny of Sanction Advice Facility / Offer Letter referencing the Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB).  
• Provide support in preparing standard documentation such as IBs for SME customers and Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC).  
• Supervise the Registration of Charge with SECP through BLA.  
• Assist in conducting in-house visits of Pledge Sites and coordinate outsourced inspection of pledged stocks.  
• Feed details into the system regarding approved facilities, collateral, insurance, and other related parameters.  
• Monitor allowed deferrals, follow up for completion of formalities within stipulated timelines, and track the expiry status of insurance policies for collaterals.  
• Other Knowledge & Competencies:Exposure to collateral and risk monitoring/reporting.   Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.  
• Sound knowledge of SME financing, credit administration, legal documentation review, and pledge operations.  
• High proficiency in MS Office.  

Terms & ConditionsEvaluation & Shortlisting:

• Candidates will be evaluated strictly based on defined eligibility criteria.
• Shortlisted applicants will be required to participate in a mandatory assessment test and panel interviews.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.  
• Employment Nature: Employment will be contractual for 03 years, which may be renewed at the management's discretion.  
• Transfer Policy: Selected candidates must serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum duration of three years, and no requests for transfer will be entertained.
